Relaxed screenings in a calm, welcoming environment
Our Autism-Friendly Screenings (also known as relaxed or sensory-friendly) are specially adapted to make the cinema experience more accessible and enjoyable for autistic guests and others with sensory sensitivities.
What to expect:
- Lower sound levels
- Lights left on low throughout the film
- Freedom to move around, make noise, or take a break
- No trailers or adverts before the film
- Friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere
These screenings are open to anyone who finds traditional cinema environments challenging — including those with autism, learning disabilities, or sensory sensitivities — along with their families, friends, or carers.
We aim to run our sensory friendly screenings monthly, excluding school holidays.
